About Course

Cage Free Voices (CFV) presents a transformative training experience that equips professionals across sectors–education, leadership, and workforce development–with strategies to identify and cultivate strengths of neurodiverse learners and teams.

In a world where conventional systems have mislabeled creativity as misconduct and cognitive differences as deficits, CFV offers a new lens–rooted in neuroplasticity, equity, and liberation. This training challenges the status quo by dismantling the outdated “fix-the-learner” paradigm and re-centering human dignity in learning and leadership.

Whether you’re a classroom teacher, professor, homeschool parent, or executive leader, this training will equip you with the practical tools and mindset shifts needed to unlock potential across diverse learning and work environments.

About the Instructor:

Bathsheba Smithen is the Founder of Cage Free Voices and a strategist with a background in biology and health systems management.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Health Systems Management with a concentration in Health Policy from George Mason University.

She helps mission-driven organizations design inclusive systems, amplify marginalized voices, and build equitable pathways to learning, growth, and leadership.

With experience consulting for multi-million-dollar companies, she has led the development of curricula across education and workforce sectors.  Her global work in EdTech, media, and policy centers cultural responsiveness and turns complex social challenges into measurable, people-centered strategies.
