📋 Pre-Registration & Homeschool Readiness Review
Before enrolling in R.I.S.E. Preparatory School, families are asked to complete a brief pre-registration and homeschool eligibility review to ensure our program aligns with your child’s learning needs and your home schedule.
R.I.S.E. Prep is a college-ready, culturally grounded virtual homeschool program designed for grades 6–8. Our structured daily schedule combines rigorous academic instruction with rich elective offerings in fine arts, culinary arts, and social justice. Classes are conducted in 45- to 60-minute blocks and supported by live virtual instructors.

R.I.S.E Preparatory School
R.I.S.E Preparatory School is a dynamic virtual homeschool program designed to propel students to the highest level of academic and personal excellence. Curriculum Overview
RISE Prep Scholars will engage in culturally relevant curriculum that develops and enhances character, reasoning, comprehension, analytical & conceptual skills. In addition to the general core courses of ELA, math, science, and history; RISE offers purposeful electives that extend the curriculum.

RISE Artists are future Tony, Sundance and Oscar award recipients. we believe so much in the preparation of our Artists, that we sponsor trips to various summer performing arts camps for them to attend.
Culinary Arts
Embracing the creativity of our Scholars is priority. Through culinary arts, math, science and reading are reinforced. Other skills such as budgeting and problem solving are introduced as well. Hopefully the food will be good, too!
Department of Social Justice
It is imperative that our Scholars learn that everyone deserves to enjoy the same economic, political and social rights, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, gender or other characteristics. Teaching social justice in the classroom is crucial to preparing our Scholars to become responsible global citizens in the 21st century.
Athletics
RISE Prep provides courses designed specifically for the Scholar-Athlete. These courses include: American College Test (ACT) Prep and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics eligibility requirements. Scholars will take the aforementioned exams as early as the spring of their 6th grade year. We are committed to each scholar obtaining his/her desired test score by 10th grade.
At RISE, our athletics are secondary to academics. Therefore, all participating scholars must maintain a 2.8 GPA to remain eligible for competition. RISE Preparatory will host the following sports beginning spring 2027.
